Yes, we have updated age categories to further invest in the health and well-being of children, youth and seniors. The following outlines the new age categories:
- Tot is 4 years and under
- Child is 5-14 years
- Youth is 15-25 years with no requirement to be enrolled in post secondary education
- Adult 26-64 years
- Seniors is 65+ years
To request a refund, please phone or visit any recreation, arts or heritage facility. Note: Annual Be Active Passes are not refundable.
For Annual passes purchased before September 1, 2025: your pass may be cancelled if your monthly payment fails. It may be suspended or extended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 6 weeks
For Annual passes purchased on or after September 1, 2025: your pass must be paid in full at the time of purchase, and is non-refundable. It cannot be suspended or extended.
For Recurring Monthly passes purchased on or after September 1, 2025: if your Recurring Monthly pass payment fails, your pass will be cancelled. Please call or come in to any recreation facility to resolve the issue and restart your pass.
