- Burnaby residents can reserve spots online or by phone 48 hours in advance. Non-Burnaby residents can make reservations 24 hours in advance. No waitlists are available. Pay when you arrive.

Cycle Fit Intervals (All levels/moderate)

Painless Pedal (Mild/moderate)
Need to ease some tension in your lower body? Cycling is a great way to flush lactic acid from the muscles and increase blood flow. This painless pedal helps restore the body and ease muscle soreness, all while getting a nice workout. -
Pedal Power (Moderate/all levels)
Everything from endurance, speed, power, intervals and hill climbs can be found in this class, so be prepared to switch it up and sweat it out! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced this class can be modified to fit your fitness ability. -

What you need to know
- 14 yrs and older
- Please arrive early and stay until the end of class to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
- Yoga classes: Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay until the end of class to ensure a continuous flow.
- Bring your own mat, props and towel.
