An extraordinary outdoor venue
The Festival Lawn at Deer Lake Park is a one-of-a-kind performance venue overlooking scenic Deer Lake in the heart of the city’s arts precinct. This beloved property is a favourite destination for area residents, out-of-towners and tourists to celebrate arts and culture in the great outdoors.
With casual festival seating for 10,000, Festival Lawn is an ideal location for major outdoor concerts including Live Nation concerts, and festivals. Burnaby's Shadbolt Centre for the Arts hosts 3 annual major events featuring international artists and local talent. Look for these events in 2022:

- Symphony in the Park (July)
- Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival (August)
The Festival Lawn is a natural amphitheatre open to the public to enjoy when it's not booked for an event or film production.

Commercial general liability insurance is required to rent any City facility- please check with the facility for specific requirements. You may purchase insurance through an independent broker of your choice, or receive a quote through AON Insurance.
