    Significant Impacts of Kinder Morgan’s Proposed Pipeline Routing Plan Detailed in Report to Council

    On Monday night, staff presented a report to Burnaby City Council that details the extensive and destructive impacts Kinder Morgan’s proposed pipeline route would have on Burnaby neighbourhoods, parks, waterways, and roads and the failure of the National Energy Board to allow adequate time for public response to the proposed route.
