What you need to know
- 14 yrs and older
- Please arrive early and stay until the end of class to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
- Admission to classes available no earlier than 1 hour prior to start time.
- Yoga classes: Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay until the end of class to ensure a continuous flow.
- Bring your own mat, props and towel.
- Select classes will feature student fitness instructors leading portions of the session as part of their practical training.
