What you need to know 

  • 14 years and up.
  • Please arrive early and stay until the end of class to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
  • Admission to classes available no earlier than 30 minutes prior to start time 
  • Bring your own mat, props and towel.
