*Ten-visit pass holders need to pay the drop-in rate for their Reserve In Advance at the time of registration. On the day of the class please visit a front desk to have the transaction refunded and one of your punches removed.
Questions and answers
We do not offer suspensions on Be Active membership passes.
Monthly recurring passes can be cancelled online, in-person at a recreation facility, or over the phone.
To request a refund, please phone or visit any recreation, arts or heritage facility. Note: Annual Be Active Passes are not refundable.
For Annual passes purchased before September 1, 2025: your pass may be cancelled if your monthly payment fails. It may be suspended or extended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 6 weeks
For Annual passes purchased on or after September 1, 2025: your pass must be paid in full at the time of purchase, and is non-refundable. It cannot be suspended or extended.
For Recurring Monthly passes purchased on or after September 1, 2025: if your Recurring Monthly pass payment fails, your pass will be cancelled. Please call or come in to any recreation facility to resolve the issue and restart your pass.
