Cardio Dance (All levels/moderate)
Experience the joy of moving to the music while improving your health by combining various dance and music genres. This energetic cardio fitness class encourages you to feel the rhythm while you dance to the beat. -
Cardio Step (All levels/moderate)
This step class includes choreographed routines on the step that provides a great low-impact workout while developing balance, strength and flexibility. -
Functional Strength & Stretch (All levels/moderate)
A full body strength conditioning class utilizing a variety of exercises and equipment. This class will target every muscle group while maintaining proper posture and technique followed by floor work and a complete body stretch. A great full body workout for all levels. -
HeartBeats (Mild)
Designed to enhance heart health and assist participants in improving strength and stability. Activities may include coordination, balance, cardio and posture exercises. -
Max HIIT (Moderate/intense)
Full body workout with high, low and athletic power moves using equipment and body weight. Bring your own water bottle with water and towel. -
Strong Nation™ (All levels/moderate/intense)
Come join this fun and challenging workout. You will be driven by the music while doing high intensity intervals. Expect an athletic inspired class! Use your own body weight to push past your limits and experience a perfectly synched total body workout. -
Total Body Conditioning (Moderate)
Using your body weight, and equipment improve your functional core strength with exercises that focus on your abs, back and more. No cardio component in this class. -

Low impact workout with strength and core conditioning exercises. -

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Yoga and Pilates schedule
- Burnaby residents can reserve spots online or by phone 48 hours in advance for select yoga classes listed in schedule below. Non-Burnaby residents can make reservations 24 hours in advance. No waitlists are available. Pay when you arrive.

- Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay until the end of class to ensure a continuous flow.

Hatha/Core Fusion
This classical form of yoga is a rejuvenating practice that releases tension from the muscles accumulated in everyday life and sports activities. Learn to breathe deeply while experiencing a variety of postures to stimulate the body physically and mentally. Through this practice you enhance flexibility, increase muscle tone and concentration, detoxify the organs and feel a state of deep relaxation. A variation of poses will be offered with an emphasis on the core muscles. -
Hatha Gentle
A slower paced class encourages releasing muscle and tension with ease. Some standing poses will be integrated. Meditation, breath work, balancing and restorative poses are included for centering and calming the nervous system. -

This class is for able-bodied and experienced students. -
Restorative Yoga (Mild/all levels)
A revitalizing, gentle and meditative class. We focus on gently strengthening and stretching the body in a supportive, relaxed way with an emphasis on healing. Perfect for those who are inflexible. Enjoy improved circulation, a calm mind and a relaxed, stretched body. All levels of fitness and abilities welcome. -
Yin/Yang or Yin
A combination of passive and active postures with simple breathing techniques and meditation. Yin yoga uses long passive holds to work on the deep, dense connective tissues of the body- tendons, ligaments and cartilage-which are difficult to energize and open. Yang yoga uses more active postures, which increase strength and flexibility. -
Yoga & Pilates Fusion
This class offers a combined class of traditional Pilates mat exercises and the relaxation of yoga. Build core strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and rejuvenate your mind and body. This class is for able-bodied students. No props or assists are provided. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle with water and towel.

- 14 yrs and older.
- Please arrive on time to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 10 minutes after class start time, will not be admitted.
- Bring your own mat, props and towel to fitness and yoga classes. Mat not required for cycling classes.
