Active Aging FitFirst (Mild)
The first step toward a regular fitness routine for the Active Aging, with gentle, progressive exercises, strength, stretch and education. -
Active Aging Fit ForEver (Mild/moderate)
This low impact workout with strength, core conditioning exercises and stretching is geared to the Active Aging. Classes offer modifications to suit most levels. -
Active Aging GentleFit (Mild/beginner level)
As you age, improve your range of motion, flexibility and increase muscle strength to reduce pain and physical deterioration. Suitable for those with special medical limitations. Chair exercises are an option. Instructors are trained in the area of functional and therapeutic fitness. -
Active Aging Strength and Conditioning (Mild/all levels)
Improve your functional core strength with exercises that focus on your abs, back and more. This class is gear toward the Active Aging. No cardio component in this class. -
Athletic Intervals (Moderate/intense)
Full body workout using high, low and athletic power moves with a variety of equipment. -
Functional Strength & Stretch (All levels/moderate)
A full body strength conditioning class utilizing a variety of exercises and exercise equipment. This class will target every muscle group while maintaining proper posture and technique followed by floor work and a complete body stretch... A great full body workout for all levels. -
Flow Yoga
This energetic class improves strength, flexibility and balance with a continual flow of postures. Through this practice you cleanse the body, stimulate the cardiovascular system, develop your agility, balance and build muscle tone. Some classes may have extra emphasis on core strength. This class is for able-bodied and experienced students. -
Hatha Yoga
This classical form of yoga is a rejuvenating practice that releases tension from the muscles accumulated in everyday life and sports activities. Learn to breathe deeply while experiencing a variety of postures to stimulate the body physically and mentally. Through this practice you enhance flexibility, increase muscle tone and concentration, detoxify the organs and feel a state of deep relaxation. A variation of poses will be offered. -
Max HIIT (Moderate/intense)
Full body workout with high, low and athletic power moves using equipment and body weight. -
Total Body Conditioning (Moderate)
Use your body weight, and equipment improve your functional core strength with exercises that focus on your abs, back and more. No cardio component in this class. -
Pedal Power (Moderate/all levels)
Everything from endurance, speed, power, intervals and hill climbs can be found in this class, so be prepared to switch it up and sweat it out! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced this class can be modified to fit your fitness ability. -
Rise and Grind (Moderate/all levels)
This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. The interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve endurance and clear your mind before starting your busy day! All levels welcome. -
Rise and Ride (All levels)
Start your day off with an energizing ride. Get ready to sweat it out as you experience everything from endurance, speed, power, intervals and hill climbs! This class suits all fitness abilities. -
Weekend Warrior (Moderate/intense)

What you need to know
- 14 years and up.
- Please arrive on time to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
- Yoga classes: Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay until the end of class to ensure a continuous flow.
- Bring your own mat and towel to fitness classes. Mat not required for cycling classes.
