- Burnaby residents can reserve spots online or by phone 48 hours in advance. Non-Burnaby residents can make reservations 24 hours in advance. No waitlists are available. Pay when you arrive.

What you need to know
- 14 years and up.
- Please arrive on time to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
- Yoga classes: Please arrive 10 minutes early and stay until the end of class to ensure a continuous flow.
- Bring your own mat and towel to fitness classes. Mat not required for cycling classes.
