Additional fitness classes are being offered at Confederation Seniors Centre. These include Active Aging classes and Zumba®.

What you need to know

  • 14yrs and older.
  • Location: All fitness classes will take place at Confederation Senior Centre Banquet Hall (just across from Eileen Dailly at 4585 Albert Street). Sign in at Confederation, using the East side entrance.
  • Please arrive early and stay until the end of class to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
  • Bring your own mat, props and towel.
