Additional fitness classes
Additional fitness classes are being offered at Confederation Seniors Centre. These include Active Aging classes and Zumba®.
What you need to know
- 14 yrs and older (unless stated otherwise in the schedule).
- Location: For fitness classes taking place at Confederation Seniors Centre (just across from Eileen Dailly at 4585 Albert Street), sign in at Confederation, using the East side entrance.
- Please arrive early and stay until the end of class to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
- Admission to classes available no earlier than 30 minutes prior to start time.
- Bring your own mat, props and towel.
- Childminding services available.
