Additional fitness classes
Additional fitness classes are being offered at Confederation Seniors Centre. These include Active Aging classes and Zumba®.
What you need to know
- 14yrs and older.
- Location: All fitness classes will take place at Confederation Senior Centre Banquet Hall (just across from Eileen Dailly at 4585 Albert Street). Sign in at Confederation, using the East side entrance.
- Please arrive on time to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. Participants arriving 5 minutes after class start time will not be admitted.
- Bring your own mat, props and towel.
