Powered by people and the elements, our outdoor fitness circuits are your free pass to staying active and healthy in the great outdoors. 

Please note: The outdoor circuit equipment at our parks are intended for exercise only and recommended for use by persons 13 years of age and up. Please don’t let your children play on the equipment.

Burnaby Fraser Foreshore Park

This dynamic 4-pod circuit features total-body fitness equipment for aerobic, muscular strength, core and balance/flexibility exercises. It's located at Fraser Foreshore Park along the walking path by the water between the panabode washroom (Byrne Road) and the pier picnic and viewing area (Tillicum Street).

A new outdoor fitness circuit will be built in Cameron Park with the construction of Cameron Community Centre and Library.

Central Park

The Central Park outdoor fitness circuit is designed to focus on one of the following areas: cardiovascular, balance, strength and flexibility. The 12 fitness circuit station surfaces are made from 100% recycled materials

Edmonds Park

Address: 7433 Humphries Ave | Get directions

This circuit offers a variety of strength and balance training equipment, complemented by a rubberized surface for increased accessibility and safety. The equipment was relocated from Cameron Park due to the upcoming Community Centre development.

 

Harwood Park

This outdoor fitness circuit includes multiple fitness stations for bodyweight and strength training exercises.

Simon Fraser Hills Park

This small park has a set of chin-up and pull-up bars at 3 different heights.

Squint Lake Park

The outdoor fitness circuit next to the playground features parallel bars, chin-up and assisted push-up bars, cardio steppers and sit-up and back extension stations.

Willingdon Heights Park

Willingdon Heights Park features several vintage outdoor bodyweight stations, including push-up bars, parallel bars, chin-up bars at several heights and overhead bars.
