Noise

Noisy neighbours, or a lot of noise on your street without a Noise Variance Permit?

Smoking

The City of Burnaby does not have a smoking bylaw. For information on smoking within City of Burnaby Parks, please contact the Parks Department at 604-294-7450.

Most other smoking complaints fall under provincial legislation. For more information or to make a complaint, please contact the Fraser Health Authority at 604-476-7000.
