New WebReg online activity registration system coming in July

The City is moving to a new, user-friendly online registration system in time for the busy fall recreation and culture activity registration season. Not only will the new WebReg serve our community better, but it’ll also provide users with more effective and efficient tools to register for activities and manage their account.

For a smoother transition of your account information to our new system, make sure your current WebReg account information is up to date. An email address will be essential to access our new registration system online. If you haven’t done so already, add your email to your existing account in our current WebReg system and use or redeem or get a refund on any credits and unusable punch passes.

You can update your information by dropping by one of our recreation or arts facilities, giving us a call or filling out this online form.

NOTE: For this summer’s programs, the City will continue to use the existing WebReg system. The new WebReg system will be launching in time for fall registration in July.
