The City plans to create a new customer service centre and we are asking the public to share their current and past experiences with using City services, as well as identify future service needs. This public input will help to inform how the customer service centre can improve the accessibility and quality of service for Burnaby residents and customers, as well as develop priorities for implementation.

As a result, a new department called the Legislative Services Department is being created, incorporating the current Clerk’s Department.
