CityConnect: Video Newsletter

In April’s CityConnect, we’re highlighting three big upgrades that will make getting around Burnaby easier and safer. The new Burnaby Lake overpass is almost ready to open, planning continues for a Brentwood pedestrian and cyclist overpass, and construction is underway on a four‑lane Still Creek vehicle overpass to cut daily train delays.

Residential Building Permits Online-Only

We're phasing in an online-only system for Residential Permit applications and issuance, starting with Building. Applicants will be able to apply, upload documents, track permit status online and download and print their issued permits, improving convenience and efficiency.
