Need to pay an invoice?

Pay your building, engineering and planning invoices online by credit card on invoices.burnaby.ca.

For temporary land uses not permitted under the current zoning districts, subject to Council approval. Temporary Use Permits are valid for up to 3 years and may be renewed once for an additional maximum 3 years. 

For any interior or exterior alterations or change of use to an existing commercial, industrial and multi-residential building.

To temporarily close a road, lane, path, sidewalk, bike lane or any other portion of City right-of-way.

If you have a Protected Tree on your property, you can apply for a permit to remove it.

For a property to be connected to a main water supply. This is a bylaw requirement. 

Contact us for information on how to request an upgrade/alteration to the water supply.
